This Particular quote was from the mind of the character Claire, who falls in love with Henry they time traveler and they eventually get married. Her thoughts have taken over reality and she feels that everything, the life existence that she knows could all be a dream and she could wake up at any given time. It's normal for people to have thoughts like these. more people most likely do. Life can seem so indifferent and magical at times, its hard to grasp whether it is a dream or reality. Those moments can say a lot about a persons life and their story.
"My whole life is one long deja vu."
This quote was said by Henry in the middle of talking with Clare. Henry time travels so he gets to relive past moments and memories of his life so he constantly has the sense of deja vu. The quote has a lot of irony because of the fact that "deja vu" is usually just a cliche that people say when they have a sense that what is happening they have already experienced, and in Henry's case it already has happened or is going to happen.

This is a very interesting quote. When you love someone, you love everything about them, even the things they hate about themselves you find amazing. This quote sums that up all in one line. It shows that true love isn't about having the perfect person, it's about having the person you can love every aspect for. Love stories may all seem the same, but Audrey Niffenegger's, The Time Traveler's Wife, is different. It has two very different people fall in love and shows that even though there are many thing about each other that should keep them separated really brings them together.
